service of the vessel WATER LILLY is:
—INTENDED COMMERCIAL USE OF
VESSEL: ‘‘This vessel will be used for
private charters on inland waters. It
will primarily be used on the Ohio
River in the vicinity of Cincinnati,
Ohio. There may be times when the
vessel will be operated on other
nearby inland waters for special
events (e.g. Louisville, etc) should a
customer request something of this
nature. These will be sight seeing
charters of 2 to 3 hours in duration.’’
