The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A350-941 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a determination that ram air turbine (RAT) performance may be below the expected (certificated) level when the landing gear is extended. This AD requires installing flight control and guidance system (FCGS) software (SW) X11 Standard (STD), as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This Notice announces changes in the interest rates to be paid on debentures issued with respect to a loan or mortgage insured by the Federal Housing Administration under the provisions of the National Housing Act (the Act). NMFS proposes to approve changes to the Pacific Halibut Catch Sharing Plan for the International Pacific Halibut Commission's regulatory Area 2A off Washington, Oregon, and California. The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Model DHC-8-400 series airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of a quality escape in the manufacturing of advanced pneumatic detector (APD) switches, which consisted of the presence of contamination on the switch contact pin. This AD requires identification and testing, and reidentification or replacement if necessary, of affected APDs. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
