This adjustment is based on an increase of 2.3 percent in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the 12-month period that ended December 2019. recommending cost share adjustments for major disasters declared on or 
after January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020 is $149.

DATES: This notice applies to major disasters declared on or after 
January 1, 2020.
