Information in the NPD grantee performance report is being collected in compliance with the authorized by section 3131(c)(1)(C) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act, and in accordance with the Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) of 1993, Section 4 (1115), and the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), 34 CFR 75.253. Grantees are required to report targets and their progress toward meeting the objectives and goals established for each ED grant program.
