The complaint names as respondents: Fitbit, Inc. of San Francisco, CA; Garmin International, Inc. of Olathe, KS; Garmin USA, Inc. of Olathe, KS; Garmin Ltd. d/ b/a Garmin Switzerland GmbH of Switzerland; and Ingram Micro, Inc. of Irvine, CA.
