Sleeping may be authorized if the person is directed by a supervisor to remain in the building to conduct official government business and it is necessary for the person to sleep on the premises or, in the case of an emergency where there is imminent danger to human life or property, where persons are directed to shelter-in-place.

If granted, the exemptions would enable these individuals with implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs) to operate CMVs in interstate commerce.

This rule identifies communities where the sale of flood insurance has been authorized under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) that are scheduled for suspension on the effective dates listed within this rule because of noncompliance with the floodplain management requirements of the program. If the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) receives documentation that the community has adopted the required floodplain management measures prior to the effective suspension date given in this rule, the suspension will not occur and a notice of this will be provided by publication in the Federal Register on a subsequent date. Proposed New Fee Sites: Coconino National Forests

The Coconino National Forest proposes to charge new fees at two campsites. Fees are based on the level of amenities and services provided, cost of operations and maintenance, and market assessment. New camping fees of $10 per night are proposed for Clint's Well and Kehl Springs. Fees will be determined upon further analysis and public comment. An analysis of nearby campsites with similar amenities shows that the proposed fees are reasonable and typical of similar sites in the area. Funds from fees would be used for the continued operation and maintenance and improvements of these sites.

The revision, submitted on May 30, 2019, incorporates several revisions to the Illinois air pollution control rules entitled ``Part 243Ambient Air Quality Standards'' related to the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The revision updates the ``List of Designated Reference and Equivalent Methods'' in response to EPA rulemakings. In addition, Illinois addresses EPA's revocation of the 1971 sulfur dioxide and the 1978 lead NAAQS.

Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular biweekly notice. The Act requires the Commission to publish notice of any amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, and grants the Commission the authority to issue and make immediately effective any amendment to an operating license or combined license, as applicable, upon a determination by the Commission that such amendment involves no significant hazards consideration, notwithstanding the pendency before the Commission of a request for a hearing from any person. This biweekly notice includes all notices of amendments issued, or proposed to be issued, from October 8, 2019, to October 21, 2019. The last biweekly notice was published on October 22, 2019.
