2019, if deemed necessary; the
prehearing staff report will be placed in
the nonpublic record on September 3,
2019; the deadline for filing prehearing
briefs is September 10, 2019; the hearing
will be held at the U.S. International
Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m.
on September 24, 2019; the deadline for
filing posthearing briefs is September
30, 2019; the Commission will make its
final release of information on October
17, 2019; and final party comments are
due on October 21, 2019.

2019). The Commission is revising its
schedule by changing the hearing date.
The Commission’s revised schedule is
as follows: Requests to appear at the
hearing must be filed with the Secretary
to the Commission not later than
October 8, 2019; the prehearing
conference will be held at the U.S.
International Trade Commission
Building on October 10, 2019, if deemed
necessary; the prehearing staff report
will be placed in the nonpublic record
on September 19, 2019; the deadline for
filing prehearing briefs is September 26,
2019; the hearing will be held at the
U.S. International Trade Commission
Building at 9:30 a.m. on October 11,
2019; the deadline for filing posthearing
briefs is October 18, 2019; the
