This ICR covers standard operating and/or reporting forms a Job Corps Center uses. This information collection is a revision, because this ICR includes an additional collection form for demonstration grants and an additional form determined to be a part of this collection. The Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), Section 116(b)(2)(A)(i), Section 159(c), and Section 156(a) authorizes this information collection. See 29 U.S.C. 3195, 3201 and 3209. This information collection is subject to the PRA.
