SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This ICR
seeks to extend PRA authority for the
National Medical Support Notice—Part
B information collection. Section 609 of
the Employee Retirement Income
Security Act (ERISA) and regulations at
29 CFR 2590.609–2 establish a National
Medical Support Notice to provide
group health benefits coverage pursuant
to Qualified Medical Child Support
Orders. Part B, Medical Support Notice
