On May 10, 2019, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the orders effective February 4, 2019, because it did not receive a notice of intent to participate from the domestic interested parties (84 FR 20616). Accordingly, the subject reviews are terminated. DATES: June 17, 2019. SUMMARY: The Commission instituted the subject five-year reviews in 
January 2019 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and 
countervailing duty orders on certain off-the-road tires from China 
would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material 
injury. On May 10, 2019, the Department of Commerce published notice
