Section 6(b)(5) of the Act.16
B. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement on Burden on Competition
The Exchange does not believe that
the proposed rule change will impose
any burden on competition that is not
necessary or appropriate in furtherance
of the purposes of the Act. The
Exchange does not believe that the
proposed rule change will impose any
burden on competition because the
proposed change relates to how DMMs
communicate with their listed issuers
and proposes no change for other
market participants. In addition, the
Exchange does not believe that the
proposed changes will impose any
competitive burden because DMMs will
operate in the same manner, including
from the Floor, when communicating
with issuers.
