SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On
September 7, 2018, the Commission
established a schedule for the conduct
of the full five-year reviews (83 FR
46516, September 13, 2018). Effective
February 4, 2019, the Commission
revised its schedule due to the lapse in
appropriations and ensuing cessation of
Commission operations (84 FR 2926,
February 8, 2019). Pursuant to the
schedule, the domestic interested party
submitted the sole prehearing brief, and
a request to appear at the Commission
hearing scheduled for February 28,
2019. No other party has entered an
appearance in these reviews.
Subsequently, noting that no other party
requested to appear at the hearing,
counsel for the domestic interested
party filed a request to cancel the
hearing. Counsel indicated a willingness
to submit written responses to any
Commission questions in lieu of an
actual hearing. Consequently, the public
hearing in connection with these
reviews, scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.
on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at the
U.S. International Trade Commission
Building, is cancelled. Parties to these
reviews should respond to any written
questions posed by the Commission in
their posthearing briefs, which are due
to be filed on March 7, 2019.
