The OSO must ensure the integrity of the PIQ process by not allowing applicants to directly handle PIQ forms. All PIQs will be dated and are valid for one year. The Department is requesting revision of the burden currently calculated for 1845– 0107. This request revises the current information collection for the disclosure template to reflect the updated disclosure requirements that institutions must provide current and prospective students.
