61672, November 30, 2018). Due to the
lapse in appropriations and ensuing
cessation of Commission operations, the
Commission is revising its schedule.
The Commission’s revised dates in
the schedule are as follows: Deadline for
filing prehearing briefs is February 25,
2019; requests to appear at the hearing
should be filed on or before March 7,
2019; a prehearing conference will be
held on March 12, 2019, if deemed
necessary; the hearing is on Thursday,
March 14, 2019 beginning at 9:30 a.m.;
the deadline for filing posthearing briefs
and for written statements from any
person who has not entered an
appearance as a party is March 26, 2019;
final release of information is on April
16, 2019; and final party comments are
due on April 19, 2019.
