S.r.l., (GRAMM), in accordance with section 751(a) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.213(b), to conduct an administrative review of this CVD order.3 On September 10, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of the administrative review with respect to Tesa, Indalco, and GRAMM.4 On October 4, 2018, Tesa timely withdrew its request for an administrative review.5 On October 15, 2018, GRAMM timely withdrew its request for an administrative review.6 On November 19, 2018, Indalco timely withdrew its request for an administrative review.7 Rescission of Review Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), Commerce will rescind an administrative review, in whole or in part, if the party who requested the review withdraws its request within 90 days of the publication date of the notice of initiation of the requested review. As noted above, Tesa, Indalco, and GRAMM withdrew their requests for review by the 90-day deadline, and no other party requested an administrative review of this order. Therefore, we are rescinding, in its entirety, the administrative review of the CVD order on certain pasta from Italy covering the period January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1). Assessment Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess countervailing duties on all appropriate entries of certain pasta from Italy during January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017. Countervailing duties shall be assessed at rates equal to the cash deposit rate for estimated countervailing duties required at the time of entry, or withdrawal from warehouse, for consumption, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.212(c)(1)(i). Rescission of Review

    Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1), Commerce will rescind an 
administrative review, in whole or in part, if the party who requested 
the review withdraws its request within 90 days of the publication date 
of the notice of initiation of the requested review. As noted above, 
Tesa, Indalco, and GRAMM withdrew their requests for review by the 90-
day deadline, and no other party requested an administrative review of 
this order. Therefore, we are rescinding, in its entirety, the 
administrative review of the CVD order on certain pasta from Italy 
covering the period January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017, in 
accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1).

pasta from Italy during January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.
