Stone Ridge Trust II pursues its investment objective primarily by investing in reinsurance-related securities, while Stone Ridge Trust IV, upon commencement of operations, will pursue its investment objective by investing all or substantially all of its assets in the Stone Ridge Reinsurance Interval Fund, which also invests in reinsurance-related securities.
