The information collection is necessary to determine if a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy or subsidized State maritime academy graduate is complying with the terms of the service obligation. A Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following information collection was published on August 1, 2018 and comments were due by October 1, 2018. No comments were received. DATES: Comments must be submitted on or before December 10, 2018.
