2018). The Commission is revising its
schedule.
The Commission’s revised dates in
the schedule are as follows: Requests to
appear at the hearing must be filed with
the Secretary to the Commission not
later than November 16, 2018; the
prehearing conference will be held at
the U.S. International Trade
Commission Building on November 20,
2018, if deemed necessary; the
prehearing staff report will be placed in
the nonpublic record on November 2,
2018; the deadline for filing prehearing
briefs is November 13, 2018; the hearing
will be held at the U.S. International
Trade Commission Building at 9:30 a.m.
on November 27, 2018; the deadline for
filing posthearing briefs is December 4,
2018; the Commission will make its
final release of information on January
2, 2019; and final party comments are
due on January 4, 2019.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Section
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (‘‘Section
337’’) provides that if the Commission
finds a violation it shall exclude the
articles concerned from the United
States unless after considering the
public interest factors listed in 19 U.S.C.
1337(d)(1), it finds such articles should
not be prevented from entry. A similar
provision applies to cease and desist
orders. 19 U.S.C. 1337(f)(1).

The Commission is interested in
further development of the record on
the public interest in this investigation.
Accordingly, parties are to file public

210.50(a)(4). In addition, members of

submissions of no more than five (5)
pages, inclusive of attachments,
concerning the public interest in light of

(iv) Indicate whether complainants,

reasonable time; and
(v) Explain how the LEO and CDO
would impact consumers in the United

Strontium Chromate From Austria and
France
Determination
On the basis of the record 1 developed
in the subject investigations, the United
States International Trade Commission
(‘‘Commission’’) determines, pursuant
to the Tariff Act of 1930 (‘‘the Act’’),
that there is a reasonable indication that
an industry in the United States is
materially injured by reason of imports
of strontium chromate from Austria and
France provided for in subheadings
2841.50.91 and 3212.90.00 of the
Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the
United States, that are alleged to be sold
in the United States at less than fair
value (‘‘LTFV’’).2
Commencement of Final Phase
Investigations
Pursuant to section 207.18 of the
Commission’s rules, the Commission
also gives notice of the commencement
of the final phase of its investigations.
The Commission will issue a final phase
notice of scheduling, which will be
published in the Federal Register as
provided in section 207.21 of the
Commission’s rules, upon notice from
the U.S. Department of Commerce
(‘‘Commerce’’) of affirmative
preliminary determinations in the
investigations under section 733(b) of
the Act, or, if the preliminary
determinations are negative, upon
notice of affirmative final
determinations in those investigations
under section 735(a) of the Act. Parties
that filed entries of appearance in the
preliminary phase of the investigations
need not enter a separate appearance for
the final phase of the investigations.
Industrial users, and, if the merchandise
under investigation is sold at the retail
level, representative consumer
organizations have the right to appear as
parties in Commission antidumping and
countervailing duty investigations. The
Secretary will prepare a public service
list containing the names and addresses
of all persons, or their representatives,
who are parties to the investigations.
