travel expenses, including per diem in
lieu of subsistence, in the same manner
as persons employed intermittently in
Government service are allowed such
expenses under section 5703 of title 5 of
the United States Code.

In this notice, OSHA
announces the application of TUV SUD
America, Inc., for expansion of its
recognition as a Nationally Recognized
Testing Laboratory (NRTL) and presents
the agency’s preliminary finding to
grant the application.

notice, or requests for an extension of

August 8, 2018.
