Commerce regulations provide that

quarterly basis.1 Our most recent
notification of scope rulings was
published on (June 6, 2018).2 This
current notice covers all scope rulings
and anticircumvention determinations
made by Enforcement and Compliance
between April 1, 2017, and June 30,
2017, inclusive. Two additional
subsequent lists will immediately
follow to bring these quarterly notices
up to date.

of 1930, as amended. Commerce has
determined that the request for a NSR of

diameter and wall thickness, described in the exception to the
