The MTSNAC operates in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). Agenda The agenda will include: (1) Welcome, opening remarks, and introductions; (2) brief remarks by the Maritime Administrator or Deputy Maritime Administrator; (3) updates to the Committee on subcommittee work; (4) development of work plans and proposed recommendations; (5) administrative items; and (6) public comments. Meeting Participation The meeting will be open to the public.
