register this boat here in Florida I will
lose my slip at this marina and I will
be forced to file for bankruptcy. this
is my only shot at survival’’

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995,
before an agency submits a proposed
collection of information to OMB for

The OMB has promulgated regulations
describing what must be included in
