Commerce received an adequate substantive response from the domestic industry within the 30-day deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(3)(i). Commerce did not receive a response from the Government of China (GOC), nor any other respondent interested party to the proceeding. As a result, pursuant to section 751(c)(3)(B) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.218(e)(l)(ii)(B)(2) and (C)(2), Commerce conducted an expedited review of the Order. The deadline for this sunset review was extended to March 5, 2018, as a result of the tolling of deadlines for the January 20–22, 2018, closure of the Federal Government.4 Scope of the Order The merchandise subject to the Order is crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China. On December 1, 2017, we received a complete substantive response for the review from the domestic interested parties within the 30-day deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(3)(i).3 We received no substantive responses from respondent interested parties with respect to the order covered by this sunset review, nor was a hearing requested. Pursuant to section 751(c)(3)(B) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.218(e)(1)(ii)(C)(2), Commerce is conducting an expedited (120-day) sunset review of this order. Commerce has exercised its discretion to toll deadlines for the duration of the closure of the Federal Government from January 20 through 22, 2018. If the new deadline falls on a non-business day, in accordance with Commerce’s practice, the deadline will become the next business day. The revised deadline for the final results of this sunset review is now March 5, 2018.4 Scope of the Order The merchandise subject to the order is honey.
