(DTAB) will meet in person and via web
conference on March 20, 2018, from

Mandatory Guidelines for Federal

determined by the Assistant Secretary,
SAMHSA, in accordance with 5 U.S.C.
552b(c)(4) and (9)(B), and 5 U.S.C. App.
2, Section 10(d).

Committee meeting.
AGENCY:
The National Maritime
Security Advisory Committee will meet
in Oakland, California, to review and
discuss various issues relating to
national maritime security. All meetings
will be open to the public.
DATES:
Meetings. The Committee will meet
on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, from 12
Noon to 5 p.m. and on Wednesday,
March 21, 2018, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
These meetings may close early if all
business is finished.
