If the 911 emergency telephone service is not available; 29 CFR 250(a)(2) requires a subject employer to post the maximum safe load limit of a floor located in a storage area inside a building or other structure, unless the floor is on grade. Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, section 2(b)(9) and 6(b)(7) authorizes this information collection. See 29 U.S.C. 651(b)(9), 655(b)(7). This information collection is subject to the PRA.
