Enhancing Access Delay. The proposed
rule change was published for comment
in the Federal Register on February 21,
2017.3 On May 22, 2017, proceedings
were instituted under Section
19(b)(2)(B) of the Exchange Act 4 to
determine whether to approve or
disapprove the proposed rule change.5
On August 17, 2017, pursuant to Section
19(b)(2) of the Exchange Act,6 a longer
period was designated for Commission
action on proceedings to determine
whether to disapprove the proposed
rule change.7 On September 19, 2017,
the Exchange filed Amendment No. 1 to
the proposed rule change,8 and on
October 18, 2017, the Exchange filed
Amendment No. 2 to the proposed rule
change.9 On October 19, 2017, the
Division of Trading and Markets, for the
Commission pursuant to delegated
authority,10 approved the proposed rule
change, as modified by Amendment
Nos. 1 and 2.11
Pursuant to Commission Rule of
Practice 431,12 the Commission is
reviewing the delegated action and the
October 19, 2017 order is stayed.
Accordingly, it is ordered, pursuant to
Commission Rule of Practice 431, that
by December 8, 2017, any party or other
person may file any additional
statement.
It is further ordered that the October
19, 2017 order approving the proposed
rule change, as modified by Amendment
Nos. 1 and 2 (File No. SR–CHX–2017–
04), shall remain stayed pending further
order of the Commission.

On September 7, 2017, Bats BZX
Exchange, Inc. (‘‘BZX’’ or ‘‘Exchange’’)
filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (‘‘Commission’’), pursuant
to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 (‘‘Act’’) 1 and Rule
19b–4 thereunder,2 a proposed rule
change to list and trade shares of the
iShares Inflation Hedged Corporate
Bond ETF, a series of the iShares U.S.
ETF Trust, under BZX Rule 14.11(i).
The proposed rule change was
published for comment in the Federal
Register on September 27, 2017.3 The
Commission received no comments on
the proposed rule change.
Section 19(b)(2) of the Act 4 provides
that, within 45 days of the publication
of notice of the filing of a proposed rule
change, or within such longer period up
to 90 days as the Commission may
designate if it finds such longer period
to be appropriate and publishes its
reasons for so finding or as to which the
self-regulatory organization consents,
the Commission shall either approve the
proposed rule change, disapprove the
proposed rule change, or institute
proceedings to determine whether the
proposed rule change should be
disapproved. The 45th day after
publication of the notice for this
proposed rule change is November 11,
2017. The Commission is extending this
45-day time period.
The Commission finds that it is
appropriate to designate a longer period
within which to take action on the
proposed rule change so that it has
sufficient time to consider the proposed
rule change. Accordingly, the
Commission, pursuant to Section
19(b)(2) of the Act,5 designates
December 26, 2017, as the date by
which the Commission shall either
approve or disapprove or institute
