At any time within 60 days of the
filing of the proposed rule change, the
Commission summarily may
temporarily suspend such rule change if
it appears to the Commission that such
action is necessary or appropriate in the
public interest, for the protection of
investors, or otherwise in furtherance of
the purposes of the Act. If the
Commission takes such action, the
Commission shall institute proceedings
under Section 19(b)(2)(B) 29 of the Act to
determine whether the proposed rule
change should be approved or
disapproved.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to
the provisions of the Government in the
Sunshine Act, Public Law 94–409, that
the Securities and Exchange
Commission will hold a closed meeting
on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 2
p.m.
Commissioners, Counsel to the
Commissioners, the Secretary to the
Commission, and recording secretaries
will attend the closed meeting. Certain
staff members who have an interest in
the matters also may be present.
The General Counsel of the
Commission, or his designee, has
certified that, in his opinion, one or
more of the exemptions set forth in 5
U.S.C. 552b(c)(3), (5), (7), 9(B) and (10)
and 17 CFR 200.402(a)(3), (a)(5), (a)(7),
(a)(9)(ii) and (a)(10), permit
consideration of the scheduled matters
at the closed meeting.
Commissioner Stein, as duty officer,
voted to consider the items listed for the
closed meeting in closed session.
The subject matters of the closed
meeting will be:
Institution and settlement of
injunctive actions;

ACTION:
As part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork burden on the
public the Small Business
Administration (SBA), announces its
intent to submit a new generic
collection of information: ‘‘Fast Track
Generic Clearance for the Collection of
Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service
Delivery’’ to the Office of Management
and Budget for approval. The Paperwork
Reduction Act (PRA) requires federal
agencies to publish a notice in the
Federal Register concerning each
proposed collection of information
before submission to OMB and to allow
60 days for public comment in response
to the notice. This notice complies with
that requirement.

information collection will provide a
means to gather qualitative customer

delivery. Qualitative feedback means
information that provides useful
insights on perceptions and opinions,
but is not statistical surveys that yield
quantitative results that can be
