The NPS SRC program is authorized under section 808 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 3118), title VIII. SRC meetings are open to the public and will have time allocated for public testimony. The public is welcome to present written or oral comments to the SRC. SRC meetings will be recorded and meeting minutes will be available upon request from the Superintendent for public inspection approximately six weeks after the meeting. Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip From Japan, Korea, and Taiwan; 
Determinations

    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject five-year 
reviews, the United States International Trade Commission 
(``Commission'') determines, pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the 
Act''), that revocation of the countervailing duty order on imports of 
stainless steel sheet and strip from Korea and the antidumping duty 
orders on imports of stainless steel sheet and strip from Japan, Korea, 
and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of 
material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably 
foreseeable time.

Background

    The Commission, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C.

determined on October 4, 2016 that it would conduct full reviews (81 FR 
71533, October 17, 2016). Notice of the scheduling of the Commission's
