ESSA Title I, Part C, Migrant Education
Programs (Recruitment phase).

collection.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is
to examine how state agencies, school
districts, local operating agencies, and
schools implement education and
transition programs for children and
youth who are migratory students under
the Elementary and Secondary
Education Act (ESEA), as amended by
the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA),
Title I, Part C. This is the recruitment
phase. The actual evaluation and study
instruments will be submitted in a
separate collection at a later date.

OSEP to monitor State agencies and for
Congressional reporting.
