The 45th day after publication of the notice for the Proposed Rule Changes is June 9, 2017. The Commission is extending the 45day time period for Commission action on the Proposed Rule Changes. The Commission finds that it is appropriate to designate a longer period within which to take action on the Proposed Rule Changes so that it has sufficient time to consider and take action on the Proposed Rule Changes.
