Administrative Protective Order This notice also serves as a reminder to parties subject to administrative protective order (APO) of their responsibility concerning the disposition of proprietary information disclosed under APO in accordance with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3). Timely written notification of the return or destruction of APO materials, or conversion to judicial protective order, is hereby requested. Failure to comply with the regulations and terms of an APO is a sanctionable violation. On May 22, 2017, the petitioner 2 submitted a timely request pursuant to section 703(c)(1)(A) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.205(e) to postpone the preliminary determinations.3 For the reasons stated above and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the Department, in accordance with section 703(c)(1)(A) of the Act, is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determinations to no later than 130 days after the day on which the investigations were initiated. SUMMARY: On December 28, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results, and partial rescission, of the new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty (AD) order on multilayered wood flooring (MLWF) from the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Based on our analysis of the comments received, we continue to find Zhejiang Simite Wooden Co., Ltd.’s (Simite Wooden) sale to be non-bona fide. Therefore, we are rescinding the new shipper review (NSR) with respect to Simite Wooden. We also continue to find that Jiangsu Keri Wood Co., Ltd. (Keri Wood) did not make a sale at less than normal value (NV), and is eligible for a separate rate.
