ACTION: License amendment request; opportunity to comment, request a hearing, and petition for leave to intervene; order imposing procedures. AGENCY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of one amendment request. The amendment request is for Southern California Edison Company, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 (SONGS). This amendment request contains sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI) and safeguards information (SGI). The proposed amendment would revise the Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan and remove the Cyber Security requirements from the Facility Operating Licenses at SONGS to reflect the permanently shutdown and defueled status of the facility. For this amendment request, the NRC proposes to determine that it involves no significant hazards consideration. Because the amendment request contains sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI) and safeguards information (SGI) an order imposes procedures to obtain access to SUNSI and SGI for contention preparation. DATES: Comments must be filed by May 4, 2017. A request for a hearing must be filed by June 5, 2017. Any potential party as defined in § 2.4 of title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), who believes access to SUNSI and/or SGI is necessary to respond to this SUMMARY: E:\FR\FM\04APN1.SGM 04APN1
