Specifically, FSA is requesting comment on the form AD-2047, ``Customer Data Worksheet Request for Business Partner Record Change''. FSA is using the collected information in support of documenting critical producer data changes (customer name, current mailing address and tax identification number) in BP made at the request of the producer to correct or update their information. The critical producer data are being used to update existing producer record data and document when and who initiates and changes the record in BP.

On February 13, 2017, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued for public comment draft regulatory guide (DG) DG-4026, ``Preparation of Environmental Reports for Nuclear Power Stations,'' for a 60-day public comment period. However, the NRC staff is extending the public comment period from April 14, 2017 to May 31, 2017, based upon a letter from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) that requested additional time in order to perform a comprehensive review of the DG and to consolidate industry comments. This DG provides guidance to applicants for format and content of environmental reports (ERs) that are submitted as part of an applicant for a permit, license, or other authorization to site, construct, and/or operate a new nuclear power plant.

Due to inclement weather in the Washington, DC, area, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing it has rescheduled the hearing date and extended the public comment period for the proposed action titled, ``Response to December 9, 2013, Clean Air Act Section 176A Petition from Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont,'' published in the Federal Register on January 19, 2017. In response to requests for a public hearing, the EPA published a notice of public hearing and extension of public comment period on February 15, 2017, announcing that a public hearing would be held on March 14, 2017, in Washington, DC, and the public comment period extended to April 13, 2017. Due to inclement weather, the EPA has rescheduled the hearing to April 13, 2017. In addition, in order to allow sufficient time after the public hearing for submission of comments, the EPA is announcing the extension of the comment period for the proposed action to May 15, 2017.

The Department of Labor, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWCP) is soliciting comments concerning the proposed collection: Pre- Hearing Statement (LS-18). A copy of the proposed information collection request can be obtained by contacting the office listed below in the address section of this Notice.
