The public may present written comments to the RAC. The RAC meeting will also allow time for oral public comments. Depending on the number of persons who wish to comment and the amount of time available, the time for individual oral comments may be limited. The Commission made this determination pursuant to section 751(c) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)). It completed and filed its determination in this review on March 2, 2017.
