With respect to the order on subject
merchandise from Romania, the
Commission found that both the
domestic and respondent interested
party group responses to its notice of
institution (81 FR 60383, September 1,
2016) were adequate and determined to
proceed to a full review. With respect to
the order on subject merchandise from
Japan, the Commission found that the
domestic interested party group
response was adequate and the
respondent interested party group was
inadequate, but that circumstances
warranted conducting a full review. A
record of the Commissioners’ votes, the
Commission’s statement on adequacy,
and any individual Commissioner’s
statements will be available from the
Office of the Secretary and at the
Commission’s Web site.

conducted under authority of title VII of the
Tariff Act of 1930; this notice is published
pursuant to section 207.62 of the

announce an open meeting of the

(ACA) on Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
All meetings of the ACA are open to the
public.

Standard Time on Wednesday, January
