Postponement of Preliminary Determinations
On August 10, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the Department)
initiated the antidumping duty investigations of imports of emulsion
styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB Rubber) from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and
Poland.\1\ The notice of initiation stated that, in accordance with
section 733(b)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act),
and 19 CFR 351.205(b)(1), we would issue our preliminary determinations
no later than 140 days after the date of initiation, unless postponed.
Currently, the preliminary determinations in these investigations are
due no later than December 28, 2016.

responses in each investigation. Because there are no compelling
reasons to deny the request, pursuant to section 733(c)(1)(A) of the
Act, the Department is postponing the deadline for the preliminary
determinations by 50 days.\2\
