For the reasons stated above, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the petitioners’ request, the Department is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determinations by 50 days, until January 26, 2017, in accordance with section 733(c)(1)(A) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.205(b)(2). In accordance with section 735(a)(1) of the Act, the deadline for the final determinations of these investigations will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determinations, unless postponed at a later date. AGENCY: Postponement of Preliminary Determinations On October 31, 2016, Weldbend Corporation and Boltex Manufacturing Co., L.P. (collectively, the petitioners), made timely requests pursuant to section 733(c)(1)(A) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.205(e), for a 50-day postponement of the preliminary determinations in these investigations in order to provide the Department with sufficient time to review submissions and request supplemental information, in order to arrive at the most accurate results possible.3 No other parties commented. On November 9, 2016, the Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) published the preliminary results of the investigation of sales at less than fair value for ammonium sulfate from the People’s Republic of China (‘‘PRC’’).1 The Department is issuing this notice to correct an inadvertent error in the Federal Register notice for the Preliminary Determination.
