Commission,66 and expanding the data
sets to include CMO transactions does
not appear to raise any issues. Finally,
the Commission believes that the
proposal’s minor, conforming, and
technical revisions to FINRA Rule 7730
and the Rule 6700 series are consistent
with the Act.
IV. Conclusion
It is therefore ordered, pursuant to
Section 19(b)(2) of the Act,67 that the
proposed rule change (SR–FINRA–
2016–023) be, and hereby is, approved.
For the Commission, by the Division of
Trading and Markets, pursuant to delegated
authority.68

It appears to the Securities and
Exchange Commission that there is a
lack of current and accurate information
concerning the securities of Accel
Brands, Inc. (‘‘Accel Brands’’) (CIK No.
0001077800) because it has not filed any
periodic reports since the period ended

Securities and Exchange Commission
has independently endeavored to
determine whether the company is
operating and the company has failed to
respond to the Commission’s inquiry

Delaware corporation with its principal
place of business listed as National

OTC Link (previously ‘‘Pink Sheets’’)
operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc.
under the ticker symbol ACLP.
The Commission is of the opinion that
the public interest and the protection of
investors require a suspension of trading
in the securities of Accel Brands.
