DOT docket MARAD–2016–0078 at
https://www.regulations.gov. Interested
parties may comment on the effect this
action may have on U.S. vessel builders
or businesses in the U.S. that use U.S.flag vessels. If MARAD determines, in
accordance with 46 U.S.C. 12121 and
MARAD’s regulations at 46 CFR part
388, that the issuance of the waiver will
have an unduly adverse effect on a U.S.vessel builder or a business that uses
U.S.-flag vessels in that business, a
waiver will not be granted. Comments
should refer to the docket number of
this notice and the vessel name in order
for MARAD to properly consider the
comments. Comments should also state
the commenter’s interest in the waiver
application, and address the waiver
criteria given in § 388.4 of MARAD’s
regulations at 46 CFR part 388.

ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
The NHTSA announces
meeting of NEMSAC to be held in the
Metropolitan Washington, DC, area.
This notice announces the date, time,
and location of the meetings, which will
be open to the public, as well as
opportunities for public input to the
NEMSAC. The purpose of NEMSAC, a
nationally recognized council of
emergency medical services
representatives and consumers, is to
advise and consult with DOT and the
Federal Interagency Committee on
Emergency Medical Services (FICEMS)
on matters relating to emergency
medical services (EMS).
DATES: The NEMSAC meeting will be
held on September 7, 2016 from 8:30
a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EDT, and on
September 8, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 12
p.m. EDT. A public comment period
will take place on September 7, 2016
between 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. EDT
and on September 8, 2016 between
10:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. EDT. NEMSAC
committees will meet in the same
location on Wednesday, September 7,
2016 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. EDT. Written
comments for the NEMSAC from the
public must be received no later than
September 1, 2016.

Abstract: IRC section 30C allows a
credit for alternative fuel vehicle
refueling property. Form 8911,
Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling
Property Credit, will be used by
taxpayers to claim the credit.
Current Actions: There is no change
in the paperwork burden previously
approved by OMB. This form is being
submitted for renewal purposes only.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.

for-profit organizations.
