B. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement on Burden on Competition

the proposed rule change will impose
any burden on competition not
necessary or appropriate in furtherance
of the purposes of the act. To the
contrary, allowing the Exchange to
implement substantively identical rules
across the Exchange, BYX, and BZX
regarding Retail Orders and Retail
Member Organizations does not present
any competitive issues, but rather is
designed to provide greater
harmonization among the Exchange,
BYX, and BZX rules of similar purpose.
