Federal Register / Vol. 81, No. 144 / Wednesday, July 27, 2016 / Notices
described herein. The Exchange believes
that lowering these fees for electronic
non-Penny Pilot Options Transaction
Charges as compared to Penny Pilot
Options Transaction Charges does not
impose an undue burden on intramarket competition because the
electronic non-Penny Pilot Options
Transaction Charges is higher ($0.25 vs.
$0.22 per contract).
