format that may be used for filing such

ETA–8562 b, ETA–9118, ETA–9043a,

Secretary uses this information to certify
whether groups of workers are eligible
to apply for worker trade adjustment
assistance.

order protect against an adverse effect
on U.S. workers’ wages by the
employment of a foreign worker. The
Immigration and Nationality Act
authorizes this information collection.
