Specifically, the Exchange proposed Rule 11.27(b) to set forth the requirements for the collection and transmission of data pursuant to Appendices B and C of the Plan. The proposed rule change is substantially similar to proposed rule changes recently approved or published by the Commission by the Bats BZX Exchange, Inc. f/k/a BATS Exchange, Inc.
