concerning the securities of AI
Document Services, Inc. because of
questions concerning the accuracy and
adequacy of publicly available
information about the company,
including, among other things, the
control of the company and trading in
its securities. AI Document Services,
Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its
principal offices in Atlanta, Georgia and
its common stock is quoted on OTC

It appears to the Securities and

concerning the securities of Creative
Edge Nutrition, Inc. because of
questions concerning the accuracy and
adequacy of publicly available
information about the company,
including, among other things, the
control of the company and trading in
its securities. Creative Edge Nutrition,
Inc. is a Nevada corporation with its
principal offices in Beverly Hills,
California and its common stock is
quoted on OTC Link under the ticker
symbol FITX.
It appears to the Securities and
Exchange Commission that there is a
lack of current and accurate information
concerning the securities of Interactive
Health Network because of questions
concerning the accuracy and adequacy
of publicly available information about
the company, including, among other
things, the control of the company and
trading in its securities. Interactive
Health Network is a Nevada corporation
with its principal offices in Reno,
Nevada and its common stock is quoted
on OTC Link under the ticker symbol
IGRW.
The Commission is of the opinion that
the public interest and the protection of
investors require a suspension of trading
in the securities of the above-listed
companies.
Therefore, it is ordered, pursuant to
Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange

will attend the Closed Meeting. Certain
staff members who have an interest in
the matters also may be present.
The General Counsel of the
Commission, or her designee, has
certified that, in her opinion, one or
more of the exemptions set forth in 5
U.S.C. 552b(c)(3), (5), (7), 9(B) and (10)
and 17 CFR 200.402(a)(3), (5), (7), 9(ii)
and (10), permit consideration of the
scheduled matter at the Closed Meeting.
Commissioner Stein, as duty officer,
voted to consider the items listed for the
Closed Meeting in closed session.
The subject matter of the Closed
Meeting will be:
Institution and settlement of injunctive
actions;
Institution and settlement of
administrative proceedings;
Resolution of litigation claims; and
Other matters relating to enforcement
proceedings.
