SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission has received a complaint and a submission pursuant to section 210.8(b) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure filed on behalf of Simple Wishes, LLC on February 5, 2016. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain pumping bras. The complaint names as respondents TANZKY of China; BabyPreg of China; Deal Perfect of China; and Buywish of China. The complainant requests that the Commission issue a general exclusion order, a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders. Under regulations 30 CFR parts 7 and 15, the MSHA evaluates and approves explosive materials and blasting units as permissible for use in the mining industry; however, since there are no permissible explosives or blasting units available that have adequate blasting capacity for some metal and nonmetal gassy mines, regulations 30 CFR 57.22606(a) outlines the procedures for a mine operator to follow when using non-approved explosive materials and blasting units. The standard requires the mine operator of a Class III metal or nonmetal mine (gassy mine) to notify the MSHA in writing prior to the use of any non-approved explosive materials and blasting units. The MSHA then evaluates the non-approved explosive materials and determines whether they are safe for use in a potentially gassy environment. Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 sections 101(a) and 103(h) authorize this information collection. See 30 U.S.C. 811(a), 813(h). This information collection is subject to the PRA.
