Background The Commission, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)), instituted this review on September 1, 2015 (80 FR 52743) and determined on December 7, 2015 that it would conduct an expedited review (80 FR 79097, December 18, 2015).
