On October 16, 2015, NXP and Dell filed a joint motion to terminate the investigation on the basis of a patent license agreement between the parties. Order No. 14 at 1. On October 26, 2015, the Commission investigative staff filed a response supporting the motion. Id. On October 26, 2015, the ALJ issued the subject ID (Order No. 14) granting the joint motion to terminate the investigation. The ALJ found that the joint motion complies with the Commission’s rules for termination and that the agreement does not adversely affect the public interest. No petitions for review were filed. The Commission has determined not to review the subject ID. SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of 
expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to 
determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order and 
countervailing duty order on certain magnesia carbon bricks from China 
and the antidumping duty order on certain magnesia carbon bricks from 
Mexico would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of 
material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
