The Department of Justice
(DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives (ATF) will
submit the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval in accordance with
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
The proposed information collection is
published to obtain comments from the
public and affected agencies. This
proposed information collection was
previously published in 80 FR 29747 on
May 22, 2015, allowing for a 60-day
comment period.
DATES: The purpose of this notice is to
allow for an additional 30 days for
public comment until August 27, 2015.

Abstract: The information is necessary
for the safety of emergency response
personnel responding to fires at sites
where explosives are stored. The
information is provided both orally and
in writing to the authority having
jurisdiction for fire safety in the locality
in which explosives are stored.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 1,025
respondents will complete the
notification within 30 minutes.

This ICR
seeks to extend PRA authority for the
Request for Earnings Information Report
information collection. The Request for
Earnings Information Report, Form LS–
426, gathers information regarding an
employee’s average weekly wage. The
OWCP uses this information to
determine compensation benefits in
accordance with Longshore and Harbor
Workers’ Compensation Act section 10.
Longshore and Harbor Workers’
Compensation Act sections 8 and 10
authorize this information collection.
See 33 U.S.C. 908, 910.
This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
of information, and the public is
generally not required to respond to an
information collection, unless it is
approved by the OMB under the PRA
and displays a currently valid OMB
Control Number. In addition,
notwithstanding any other provisions of
law, no person shall generally be subject
to penalty for failing to comply with a
collection of information that does not
display a valid Control Number. See 5
CFR 1320.5(a) and 1320.6. The DOL
obtains OMB approval for this
information collection under Control
Number 1240–0025. The current
approval is scheduled to expire on
August 31, 2015; however, the DOL
notes that existing information
collection requirements submitted to the
OMB receive a month-to-month
extension while they undergo review.
