On April 30, 2015, NYSE Arca, Inc.
(‘‘Arca’’) filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (‘‘Commission’’),
pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934
(‘‘Act’’) 1 and Rule 19b–4 thereunder,2 a
proposed rule change to adopt new
equity trading rules relating to Trading
Sessions, Order Ranking and Display,
and Order Execution to reflect the
implementation of Pillar, the Exchange’s
new trading technology platform. The
proposed rule change was published for
comment in the Federal Register on
May 19, 2015.3 The Commission
received no comment letters regarding
the proposed rule change.
Section 19(b)(2) of the Act 4 provides
that within 45 days of the publication of
notice of the filing of a proposed rule
change, or within such longer period up
to 90 days as the Commission may
designate if it finds such longer period
to be appropriate and publishes its
reasons for so finding or as to which the
self-regulatory organization consents,
the Commission shall either approve the
proposed rule change, disapprove the
proposed rule change, or institute
proceedings to determine whether the
proposed rule change should be
approved or disapproved. The 45th day
for this filing is July 3, 2015.
The Commission is extending the 45day time period for Commission action
on the proposed rule change. The
Commission finds that it is appropriate
to designate a longer period within
which to take action on the proposed
rule change so that it has sufficient time
to consider the proposed rule change.
Accordingly, pursuant to Section
19(b)(2) of the Act 5 and for the reasons
stated above, the Commission
designates August 17, 2015, as the date

Form ADV–E (17 CFR 279.8) is the
cover sheet for certificates of accounting
filed pursuant to rule 206(4)–2 under
the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (17
CFR 275.206(4)–2). The rule further
requires that the public accountant file
with the Commission a Form ADV–E
and accompanying statement within
four business days of the resignation,
dismissal, removal or other termination
of its engagement. Respondents each
spend approximately three minutes,
annually, complying with the
requirements of the form.
The estimate of burden hours set forth
above is made solely for the purposes of
the Paperwork Reduction Act and is not
derived from a comprehensive or even
representative survey or study of the
cost of Commission rules and forms.
Written comments are invited on: (a)
Whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
agency, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
(b) the accuracy of the agency’s estimate
