Appendix A contains domestic content calculation worksheets, including one worksheet for rail vehicles and one worksheet for buses. Appendix B contains sample compliance checklists for recipients, manufacturers, and suppliers to use in order to ensure that the Pre-Award and Post-Delivery Buy America Certifications and Purchaser’s Requirements Certifications are properly completed.
